Vexor Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. Agreement
1.1 These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and Vexor ("Vexor", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of vexor.wtf, the Vexor dashboard, the Vexor software and any updates thereto (the "Software"), licence keys, the Vexor Discord server and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
1.2 By creating an account, purchasing or redeeming a licence key, downloading, installing or running the Software, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Vexor Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1.3 If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Definitions
"Account" means the user account registered on vexor.wtf. "Licence" means the limited right to use the Software granted under Section 4 upon valid purchase or redemption of a Key. "Key" means an alphanumeric licence key issued by Vexor or an authorised reseller. "HWID" means the hardware identifier to which a Licence is bound. "Reseller" means a third party authorised by Vexor to sell Keys.
3. Account
3.1 You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your Account.
3.2 One natural person may hold one Account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared or lent.
3.3 We may refuse registration, or suspend or terminate an Account, in accordance with Section 10.
4. Licence
4.1 Subject to your continuing compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Vexor grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the Software on one (1) device, identified by its HWID, for the duration of the Licence tier purchased (for example, monthly or lifetime).
4.2 "Lifetime" means for as long as Vexor continues to operate and distribute the Software, and does not mean the lifetime of the User or any fixed period.
4.3 All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Vexor. The Software is licensed, not sold.
5. HWID binding and resets
5.1 Each Licence is bound to the HWID of the first device on which it is activated.
5.2 You may reset the HWID binding yourself through the "HWID Reset" section of the dashboard once (1) per Account every thirty (30) days, irrespective of the number of Keys held by the Account. The date of the next available reset is shown in the dashboard.
5.3 Each reset is logged, together with the data described in the Privacy Policy, for the purpose of detecting Licence sharing and fraud. Reset logs are reviewed by authorised staff.
5.4 Using resets to rotate a single Licence between multiple devices or persons constitutes Licence sharing and is a material breach of these Terms.
6. Prohibited conduct
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: (a) share, resell, rent, lend, sublicense, publish or otherwise transfer any Key, Licence or Account, except Resellers acting under a written agreement with Vexor; (b) copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, crack, patch, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, or circumvent, disable or interfere with any licensing, HWID or security mechanism, save to the extent such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law; (c) create, distribute or use cracked, leaked or modified versions of the Software; (d) use VPNs, virtual machines, HWID spoofers or similar tools for the purpose of evading Licence limits, bans or reset restrictions; (e) initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith; (f) harass staff or other Users, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (g) misrepresent yourself as Vexor staff or as an authorised Reseller.
7. Third-party platforms and your own risk
7.1 The Software may be used in connection with third-party games and platforms, including Roblox. Vexor is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any other third party.
7.2 Use of the Software may violate the terms of service of such third parties. You use the Software entirely at your own risk. Vexor is not responsible for any suspension, ban, loss of items, currency, progress or accounts, or any other action taken by a third party against you.
8. Payments, refunds and digital content
8.1 Prices are shown on vexor.wtf or communicated by an authorised Reseller. All payments are made in advance.
8.2 Keys and the Software constitute digital content supplied without a tangible medium. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law once the Key has been delivered.
8.3 Except where required by mandatory law, all sales are final and no refunds are provided, including where a Licence is terminated for breach of these Terms, where the Software is detected or rendered unusable by a third party, or where you are banned by a third-party platform.
8.4 Keys purchased from Resellers are subject to the Reseller's own payment terms; Vexor's obligations to you are limited to honouring a validly issued Key in accordance with these Terms.
9. Updates and availability
9.1 Vexor may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Software or any feature at any time, including for compatibility, security or legal reasons, without liability.
9.2 We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, undetected or compatible with any game or version thereof.
10. Suspension and termination
10.1 We may suspend or terminate your Account and any or all Licences, with or without notice, and without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, including on the basis of reset logs or fraud flags reviewed by staff, or where required by law.
10.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Closing your Account terminates all associated Licences.
10.3 Sections 6, 7, 8.3, 11, 12, 13 and 15 survive termination.
11. Intellectual property
The Software, the Vexor name, logos, website content and all related intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of Vexor or its licensors. Feedback you submit may be used by Vexor without restriction or compensation.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR UNDETECTABILITY. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.
13. Limitation of liability
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, accounts, virtual items or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services.
13.2 Vexor's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vexor for the Licence giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
14. Indemnity
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Vexor from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
15. Governing law and disputes
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
15.2 Disputes shall be resolved by the competent district court of Helsinki, Finland. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence, and you may refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. The amended Terms will be published on vexor.wtf with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance.
17. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vexor regarding the Services.
